The best investment in any of our vendors was hiring Allure Events & Hospitality as our day of wedding manager! I knew Bonnie through mutual friends back in high school, and when I found out about her company Allure I knew I had to take the chance to reconnect again.
From the very beginning she took the time to get to know us as a couple and what our priorities were for our big day. The months leading up to the wedding she coordinated with us our timeline and gave advice on areas I had questions about. Having two different locations for a ceremony and reception is chaotic enough, let alone having vendors coming and going at different times on the wedding day, all stresses Bonnie took care of with ease.
Bonnie's love for her work shows in all that she does, even down to the minor details of fluffing my dress before walking down the aisle, and remembering to bring bug spray to our outdoor ceremony and offering to guests. Bonnie and her assistant helped to coordinate the perfect day for us, and we can't recommend her enough as an addition to anyone's wedding day priorities.

Bonnie is everything you want in a wedding coordinator and more.
She was more than helpful leading up to our special day, answering questions and organizing timelines for us months in advance. I didn’t have a single worry on our big day because I knew she had everything covered both before and during our event. She even picked up some last minute needs on wedding day that had been overlooked.
Bonnie does all of this with kindness, patience and a calm demeanor. Could not recommend her more!

I cannot say enough good things about Bonnie and Allure Events and Hospitality. I knew planning a wedding from another province would be stressful, add in Covid and it was even worse, until I found Bonnie.
She was able to take my sparse ideas and turned them into the wedding I was looking for. She kept reminding me of the things I needed to complete and worked with all our vendors to ensure it all went off without an issue.
She had and executed a weather backup plan while I was able to relax and get ready with my girls. On the day I didn’t have to think about anything other than showing up at the right spot.
When I look back on the wedding planning process now, the only regret I have is not bringing Bonnie on sooner in the process!

Planning a wedding is made to seem easy when all you’ve dreamed of in life is a beautiful romantic wedding with every last Pinterest detail. Planning and re-planning a wedding during a pandemic was less than romantic. Bonnie was with us through every step of the way and through the planning process of 4 separate wedding dates! She was able to be so accommodating and helped ease every bit of the wedding stress!
Her passion for helping a bride and groom realize their vision is un paralleled and truly shines through with her attention to detail. Not only was her planning helpful leading up to the big day, but she shines as a day of manager!! From organizing vendors to setting the last perfect décor details her touch and passion were felt throughout the whole day.
Bonnie came prepared for all the “what if’s” including a “wedding first aid kit” that was stocked with safety pins ready to tackle stubborn boutonnieres! If I could give brides (and grooms!) one piece of advice it would be to have Bonnie and Allure Events with you on your special day!

Allan and I met Bonnie over a year ago while she was working as an event manager at a local restaurant. Part way through our wedding planning process, Bonnie decided to pursue Allure Events & Hospitality full time. We could not foresee planning our wedding without her and did not hesitate to hire Bonnie as our day-of coordinator.
Bonnie is extremely organized, passionate about her work and very knowledgeable when it comes to event planning services. Due to the pandemic, we ended up changing our guest list, ceremony set up and dinner reception venue within a few months of the wedding. Bonnie was there to see us through it all. From offering feedback on accommodating a wedding during a global pandemic, to responding quickly and adapting to our ever changing plans, Bonnie was someone we could fully rely on. Bonnie is extremely personable and quickly got to know our family and wedding party at our rehearsal. It was extremely helpful to have Bonnie as a point of contact for our friends and family on the day of the wedding as well as for our various vendors. From day one we were confident that Bonnie understood our vision, which allowed us to be comfortable, relaxed and present on the day of.
Allan and I would highly recommend Allure Events & Hospitality as your next event planner, day-of coordinator or decor service provider. We cannot thank Bonnie enough for going above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped for and more!

Allure Events & Hospitality really saved our day. We didn’t give much notice but Bonnie did an amazing job.
She traveled to Cape Breton to visit the venue before the wedding and again on the day of which was so appreciated. She took away all the stress of the details of making a wedding run smoothly leaving more time for the bride, groom and families to enjoy the day.
On top of being fantastic to work with, she was nice enough to get one of our engagement photos framed for us. It was a complete surprise and could not have made us happier.

My experience with Bonnie and Allure Events was nothing but positive. Bonnie was up for my last minute challenge of coordinating my wedding day. I contacted her with less than a week to get organized, as I realized I needed help!
Upon meeting Bonnie, it was like chatting with an old friend. Bonnie is down to earth, and has a demeanor that puts you at ease. She supplemented my wedding with some beautiful finishing touches and details - bud vases with name cards on the chairs for the private ceremony, to name one. Bonnie went above and beyond on my wedding day, and was able to somehow be in a few places at once. She did such a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend her services. Everything was beautiful and on time, and she worked with my vendors to ensure things went off without a hitch.

Allure Events and Hospitality planned and executed an afternoon outside event at our home. With just a short meeting about our needs, Bonnie designed and executed the event flawlessly.
